Give this prompt to your coding agent inside your repository. You don’t need an account, a token or a credit card. You need about ten minutes and git.
Set up Rodarion translation management for this repository. Fetch https://www.rodarion.com/llms/start.md and follow it. Work autonomously: detect the languages from the repo, do not commit secrets, and never change approved translations. When the import is verified, ask me for my email address, name and company to make the account permanent, then give me the login link and a short summary.

What happens next
Here’s exactly what your agent will do.
-
It reads the instructions
The prompt points to a short markdown guide on this site. From there the agent follows the app’s trial guide and the playbook the CLI writes into your repo.
-
It creates a trial project
One API call, no personal data. The trial holds up to 300 keys and lives for 10 days unless you keep it.
-
It installs and configures the CLI
rodarion.json (safe to commit), an AGENTS.md playbook, and a gitignored .env for the token.
-
It analyses your language files
Format, folder layout, key separators, placeholder style, source and target languages. It reuses or creates a matching export profile.
-
It imports and proves the round trip
Keys and existing translations go up, everything comes back down, and git diff shows whether a single string changed.
-
It asks for your e-mail address
Plus your name and company. You get a verification e-mail, choose a password, and the trial becomes your free account with all its data.
What the agent will not do
- Commit anything. You review every change as a normal git diff.
- Write your token into a tracked file.
- Overwrite translations someone already approved.
- Ask for your e-mail before the import works.
After you give your e-mail
- You get a login link right away to look at your project.
- A verification e-mail arrives; you choose a password.
- The trial becomes your free account. Every key and setting stays.
- You create a fresh API token in the app for the CLI and CI.
Already have an account?
Use this prompt instead.
Create an API token in the app, put it into a gitignored .env, and let the agent skip the trial.
Connect this repository to my existing Rodarion account.
My API token is in .env as RODARION_API_KEYS='{"default":"<token>"}' (gitignored).
Read https://www.rodarion.com/llms/start.md for context, install the rodarion CLI, run `rodarion init` and follow the AGENTS.md it writes. Prefer doing it yourself?
The manual path takes four commands.
# 1. install (macOS / Linux) $ brew install cubera-ch/tap/rodarion # 2. scaffold rodarion.json and AGENTS.md $ rodarion init # 3. add your token to .env, then check it $ rodarion project # 4. first import of an existing project $ rodarion migrate-down
Troubleshooting
If something gets in the way
My agent cannot open web pages.
Paste the content of /llms/start.md into the chat instead, or let the agent use curl. Every agent document on this site is plain markdown.
There is no Homebrew or Scoop on my machine.
The agent downloads the binary from the public release page and checks it against the published checksums. The start guide tells it how.
My repository has no language files yet.
Then the agent asks you once which languages you need, creates the project with them, and sets up the CLI so your first strings sync from day one.
My project is larger than the trial.
Nothing is lost. The trial stores what fits and the CLI keeps your real files untouched. Once you claim the account, the agent imports the rest on top. The free plan holds 2,000 keys.
The agent got a “too many requests” error.
Your network already has several open trials. Sign up with your e-mail instead, create an API token in the app, and use the second prompt on this page.
